Terms of service
About these terms
These terms apply when you use chalovele.com or buy from CHALOVELO, operated by J&J GLOBAL TRADING LTD, company number 14872188, registered at 3 Canon Close, Rochester, England, ME1 3EN, United Kingdom. Contact chirspulens@gmail.com or use our contact form.
Products and ordering
Review the product description, size guide, colour, quantity, delivery address and checkout total before placing an order. Supply accurate contact and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorised to use. Product availability can change. An automated acknowledgement confirms that we received your order; acceptance and dispatch will be confirmed separately. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for the unfulfilled goods.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the page and at checkout. The checkout total states the amount charged by us, including applicable taxes or charges collected there. Any discount applies as displayed; a reference price does not change the amount payable. Payment-provider currency conversion charges may apply separately. We will not increase an accepted order price without your agreement. If a pricing error prevents acceptance, we will explain it and offer cancellation and a refund of any amount taken.
Delivery and returns
Our shipping policy and return and refund policy form part of these terms. Standard shipping is free to the destinations offered at checkout. Separate conditions apply to change-of-mind returns and hygiene-sensitive garments; statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed items are preserved.
Privacy and acceptable use
Personal information is handled as described in our privacy policy. Do not misuse this site, interfere with its security, submit unlawful material or infringe another person's rights. Third-party services have their own terms; their use does not remove our obligations as the seller.
Consumer protection and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or limits mandatory consumer rights. Where mandatory law gives you additional rights in your country, those rights continue to apply. These terms do not require you to waive access to courts or accept compulsory arbitration.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms for future orders. The terms applicable when your order is accepted continue to govern that order. The laws of England and Wales apply subject to mandatory protections available in your country of residence. Your rights to bring proceedings in a competent court in your home jurisdiction remain unaffected.
