Shipping policy

Free standard shipping

Standard shipping is free on every order to the destinations currently enabled at checkout, with no minimum order value. We currently offer checkout for the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and Spain. Availability depends on the delivery address accepted at checkout.

Delivery estimates

Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or in your order confirmation applies to that order. If no estimate is shown, contact us at chirspulens@gmail.com or through our contact form before ordering for current delivery information. We do not advertise a guaranteed arrival date. For UK and EU consumer orders, delivery will take place within 30 days unless we agree a different delivery period with you. If we cannot meet the agreed period, we will contact you and explain the available cancellation and refund options; your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Dispatch and tracking

We will send a dispatch confirmation and tracking details when they are available. Orders can be fulfilled by our delivery partners; the registered office is not a collection point or evidence that your parcel ships from the UK. Carrier delays, public holidays and customs checks may affect an estimate.

Taxes, duties and currency

Review the checkout total and currency before paying. Taxes or import charges not included or collected at checkout may be payable to the relevant authority or carrier where applicable. We do not promise duty-paid delivery unless checkout expressly states that the charge is included. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees.

Address changes and delivery problems

Check your full delivery address before ordering. If you need a change, contact chirspulens@gmail.com promptly; a change may no longer be possible once dispatch has started. Contact us about missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered parcels so that we can investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Statutory consumer delivery risk rules are not reduced by this policy.
